Vision based 360 degree object inspection system
ERL developed a 360 degree vision system which replace human inspection process in order to improve the efficiency and reduce error prone possibility. Product can inspect complete 360 degree coverage and verify the pattern. We have implemented it few of our customer site.

Required items:
- PLC (Delta, Siemens, Mitsubchi – preferable based on the customer recommendation)
- Stepper motor, slow speed rating and high beating load, careful while selecting motor rating.
- Stepper motor drives
- PLC panel and I/O devices.
- Regulated Power supply
- Banner vision system camera 0.3M to 5M camera based on object size
